How can this be constitutional? This is a huge governmental intrusion into the personal lives of these personnel. I understand what the concern is, but I’ve never seen such an attempt to rule over the personal lives of employees.
Of course it’s unconstitutional, but because nobody in charge of our government has any sense of common decency, they’ll force it through the court, like a sieve, and, eventually, even when the courts will against them, they’ll do what they want anyway, because nobody has the balls to get up and actually stop them.

First government personnel, then everybody else because muh Chinese dragon threat, then later you look up and huh, that’s weird, when did they bring back anti-miscegenation laws?

Espionage. Honey pots are a well established tactic, and China is a hostile country.
No sense in trying to dictate what dicks are allowed to do, that’s a job for God and the Church! Haha bazinga.
