    They are but getting a normie friend to join a service called Stoat feels like a non-starter. Revolt/Matrix/Element/Signal are more doable.

        It makes perfect sense. Names are incredibly important to widespread adoption. As are pleasing colors.

        Many people don’t know what a Stoat is, or that it’s an animal. A meaningless nonsense word (In the mind of a normie) will not drive them to use it.

      I miss when Element was called Riot.IM, also a stupid lawsuit that never happened but they changed the name to avoid a lawsuit anyway.

        I’ve watched so many streamers play it that idk if I’d wanna play it myself, but that I didn’t know! I love how much love they put into the game as a whole. Never fails to get me a bunch of hearty laughs…
