I’d rather not have a wallet covered in dead skin. They make all metal ones that function similarly.

Dead skin wallets can be made more renewably than metal

I’m rounding year 15 with a nylon one. I’ve never had a leather wallet last that long.

covered
This is metal underneath

Human skin is even more renewable, we have billions of those motherfuckers munching about

Hey now, I never specified which skin ;3
Bytemeister@lemmy.world 4 weeks ago
That’s pretty dope. I would totally donate some of my skin to make a sick wallet for one of my family members (they’re into weird curios).

Too late, my people are already on the way

They can use some skin from your ass cheeks. Like they do for skin grafting after burn injuries.
Your relative can then kiss your ass while being on the other side of the planet.

Not exactly a wallet, but I got one of these several years back and I like it: www.ekster.com/products/ekster-cardholder
I think it’s the only thing I’ve ever purchased after learning about it in an internet ad.

All metal what? I can’t even work out what it is. Given the fact that I don’t know what this is, I’m reasonably confident that I don’t want it.

Its clearly a time machine. The left side displays when you are and the right when your going to.

I love my cork one. It’s been holding up for many years now. Metal is ofc the only choice if you care about RFID protection though.
