I don’t know. For one in don’t noble how bad the problem is and the that the big thing. We who install apps are not the target for this issue. But the 99% of other people who can fall for these scams is who this is for. And I can handle a little in convince if it stops some scammers from cleaning out peoples life savings.

That is the problem. They become dependent on it and it is human nature to be lazy. So eventually the “safe guards” well come off.

Oh so I didn’t vibe code a go program that I have no understanding of the language cause I knew what I wanted the program to do in the end. Got you I am now a go developer.

- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
The problem is search has become such a shit show that AI is better at looking stuff up. But it is still problematic.
- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
What funny is they just but in an open source project and tell AI to write a new tool now its closed source. Pretty soon their well be no point of any developers as people can just ask AI to write their program as that is what is happening anyway.
- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
That is still vibe coding.
- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
I for news for you its the same thing. There is no difference besides maybe the prompt same AI is writing the code. And I do bit believe a coder is going over every single line of code.

So your not that food and using AI to make your products better so you can sell your coding abilities. Or your better then you think you are.

If he is using it for backlog because he is swamped do you honestly think he is verifying the code.

I mean in Hus rant he literally said he choose an AI company that doesn’t work with the military. Which is funny. I mean they took a stance against them in the future bit they did work with them.
- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
So he is no longer maintaining it and Claude is. And what bullahit choose a company that doesn’t work with the military. Does he know what the military is using eight now at this very instance for AI.

I mean we can get ride of it ir t requires huge data centers to do thus. Yes even your self hosted LLMs.
- Comment on Lutris now being built with Claude AI, developer decides to hide it after backlash 1 week ago:
I don’t care how many years of coding you have if your using AI to clear your backlog you are not going to review everything. And I’m sick of people saying I’m different I am using AI responsible. We all know eventually there well be a bug out in by AI.

Depends I just have a proxy and open port 443. Its not wide open but open enough that others can use it. I geo block have IP lists filter through it and suricata. Or use a VPN if others don’t need access.
