Get adopted by a ninjutsu master, train your entire childhood, then compete in the kumite for your family’s honor. Watch out for Chong Li, that fucker cheats.

None of the televised major networks are “liberal”. They fall into two categories: corporate and right wing.

Mid 30s and I feel ancient right now.

What the fuck Nature? You couldn’t spare the deaf people on this one?
- Comment on How Airbnb accidentally screwed the US housing market and made $100 billion 6 months ago:
They didn’t accidentally do shit. They ignored the consequences of their decisions for profit at the expense of everyone else. You don’t get to make $100 billion dollars and feign ignorance about how you got it and the damage you caused to obtain it.

Well they have this now.

That one fucking broke me once I realized what was happening. Absolutely beautiful game. With the eye tracking I found myself desperately trying to stay in the moment only to inevitably blink and have time move forward.
- Comment on Microsoft to end its Android apps on Windows 11 subsystem in 2025 8 months ago:
For example, if you have a Bluetooth xbox controller that’s acting up you can use the Microsoft Xbox controller app to sort it out really easily/intuitively.
Just did that this week to get a new controller set up with my Steamdeck, works great.

- Comment on Are any self-cleaning cat litter boxes any good, or worth the money? 11 months ago:
I also have the pet safe for about 2 years, it’s been great so far. Definitely recommend the reusable tray if you want to keep costs down, the disposal trays are pretty pricey. I just dump the tray every 40-50 uses and it’s good to go. You have to use crystal litter though and that’s more expensive than clay stuff.

Never heard of Buckethead before so I had to look him up. HOLY FUCK can that dude shred.
- Comment on Bill Gates says a 3-day work week where 'machines can make all the food and stuff' isn't a bad idea 11 months ago:
More unions need to coordinate and actually create threat of a general strike. The UAW ending their contract on May Day and calling for others to do the same actually seems like a pretty good way to leverage power. I don’t think the government can move quick enough to block that kind of collective action.

I would kill for an IMAX run of Kubrick films. Favorite director of all time and I’ve never been able to see any of his films in a theater. That first shot from The Shining in IMAX sounds like heaven.

- Comment on Are smart door locks more or less secure than traditional door locks? 1 year ago:
I pick locks as a hobby. Your door lock is almost never the point of attack. It’s way easier to break the door or windows. Only time picking would be useful is if you need to conceal that you’ve entered, which burglars don’t typically care about.
