Somethings real weird about that video, the reflections on the desk seem really off.
On the left it looks like a normal reflection until it meets the red/white stripes and zigzags them, on the right things get even weirder the reflection of the phone cable looks completely mirrored upside down, the flags and curtains dont add up.
Weirdest of all directly under trumps left elbow looks to be the small gold framed picture on the very right mirrored horizontally
My guess is this is green screened and AI edited, pretty creepy

As a GP are you for legalisation (similar to alcohol) or for more tightly controlled prescriptions?

Oh sorry, here’s the statement from the ABS. I guess you would know that if you didn’t cherry pick data to fit your narrative.
Okay it’s time to leave me alone now dumb-dumb. Take care of yourself.

Yeah I mean some form of asymmetric encryption/validation would work but it stops the real reason why Google wants to implement this.

Again OAD data cannot be used to quantify NOM data. I’m telling you what the current issues are that are causing housing affordability to be obscene.
I agree Labor are doing fuck all about it, I’m livid at this current governments inaction on many issues but destroying the economy by killing immigration isn’t going to solve anything, direct your anger where it’s needed.
I am sorry you are unable to comprehend these things, asking for people to disagree with you then clearly ignoring their arguments is a pretty pathetic look, even on the internet.
- Comment on Who is telling the truth? 1 week ago:
First of all because the trend is downwards by about 90 thou, secondly because Net overseas migration was negative during COVID, so these large figures are a stastical anomaly in response to that.
People who claim the rate is the same now are using OAD data which includes same individuals taking multiple flights in/out of the country therefore it cannot be used to quantify NOM.
Lastly your perspective is that immigration is a net drain on our society, but in reality we would experience severe economic downturn by implementing isolation policies that cull immigration since we’re a developed nation on a fucking island.
If you want someone to whinge at for housing affordability blame Howard for negative gearing and CGT concessions. Billions of dollars are pilfered out of the country by big corporations every year without a cent paid on tax, this money gets put into private funds that invest into our housing, artificially inflating its value by a system he helped create. I know this because I used to work in this system.
You are being robbed blind by these people and they’re telling you to blame immigration for it. Wake up this country needs a fucking shake up.

Sheesh here we go with the 1500 a day thing again, people like you ought to be banned from (mis)interpreting OAD and NOM datasets released by the ABS.

Can I ask what you found terrible? Ive been getting into some FOSS contributions (for my own weird bugs) this year and I’d like to start addressing some of the issues people come across when they try out Linux

This oughta put an end to all those criminals profiting off of a government enforced prohibition of an addictive substance.
- Comment on The Browser Wasn’t Enough, Google Wants To Control All Your Software 2 weeks ago:
Honestly Googles products are terrible these days. I have been pretty lax about my privacy but after so much enshittification I switched my services to something that works and doesn’t harvest my data for the privilege.
When they kill off Graphene/Custom ROMs I’ll switch to a linux phone or brickphone.

- Comment on Australia was once the gold standard for gun safety. Experts say it’s losing control 2 weeks ago:
There is a certain collectors/antiques(?) firearms licence you can apply for in NSW, essentially you can own/horde guns but not use them in any manner.
I’d imagine that’s what those 70 individuals are referring to. I’m not sure how that licence is enforced but I’d imagine it is pretty strict, most likely for things like the Lithgow small arms museum
