Banning foods is the same regulation as banning golf carts from being licensed.
Nobody’s gonna stop you from buying a golf cart and driving one (growing your own meat) but it’s deemed unsafe for you and society to drive one on the highway so you legally cant. (Can’t buy food that’s bad for society)

Voting and recycling isn’t going to fix a single problem, because that’s what we’ve been doing for 50 years and things got worse.
It’s become painfully obvious to many people now that peaceful protest is ineffective and ignored.

I sat through the whole 3 hour video and at no point does he say anything like you described.
It only talks about how AI is bad, ranging from the loss of labor in a system where we must perform labor for survival, to how ofloading our creativity onto a machine kills the very spirit of humanity.
