But people with money and power lose a miniscule amount of both so the slaves will continue to commute
Nothing will meaningfully improve until the rich fear for their lives

Yeah but like 3 rich people told their politicians that they don’t want that so it’s not going to happen
What are you gonna do bout it losers?
- Comment on Automattic CEO calls Tumblr his 'biggest failure' so far 6 hours ago:
I just didn’t expect any site to write about the bigot Tumblr mods that dispropotionally targeted trans girls for sexual posts that didn’t usualy show nudity or even much skin.

People who have a fetish for domestication or infantilization usually have a desire to relinquish control in a controlled environment.

- Comment on Is there any way the average American can insulate themselves from the AI bubble bursting? 1 day ago:
I’m sorry but I can only describe this mentality as cope.
The market rebounding requires diversified investors propping it up, which no longer exist.
If AI goes kaput the stock market is getting set back at least half a decade
- Comment on Why don't police use rubber bullets instead of live rounds? I get if someone is holding a loaded weapon. But wouldn't a rubber bullet have the same effect with out putting holes in another person? 1 day ago:
You’re approaching this like cops aren’t allowed to be the Judge, Jury, and Executioner
Civilized countries hold cops accountable when they kill people.

The stocks that are inflating are a significant portion of the stock market.
When they crash everything will.
When that happens the only way to not lose is to not have money invested.
- Comment on Is there any way the average American can insulate themselves from the AI bubble bursting? 1 day ago:
Don’t have money invested in the stock market
- Comment on Ex PlayStation exec says Sony can't keep "increasing the graphics power" with new consoles after tech plateau, but PS5 has already "made almost every game a better game" 3 days ago:
Is this where we’re at?
It sounds like they don’t want another game to be made and we will just recycle the same classics in the current era’s standard of HD forever.
People don’t buy games to try out their new consoles, they buy consoles to play games
- Comment on What are the demands of the No Kings protests? What's the plan if they win? 3 days ago:
The No Kings, Hands Off, and 50501 protest organizations are controlled by rich Neoliberals who aren’t going to do the things necessary to bring meaningful change.
Effectively, they are controlled opposition.
If these organizations cared about democracy they would probably have these demands:
-
“repeal citizens united and block similar laws from ever being created around lobbying and campagin”
-
expand SCOTUS and change the branch so that they are elected positions.
-
Abolish the Electoral College
-
Guarantee that congress will permanently be in control of funding and the withholding of funding. A president should not be allowed to stop congressional funding.
-
end gerrymandering by forcing congressional maps to be as equally distributed as possible. By either population or land, it doesn’t matter but we have to pick just 1.
That’s where I would start if I was in charge of one of these national movements, but they don’t want the country to become more democratic, they want us to sit still while fascists do as they please.

Also, every space on the internet where users talk is now infested with shit chatbots trying to keep poor people angry with each other.

There’s a lot of .ml users that make accounts on db0 because so many instances blocked .ml and their users.
db0 also doesn’t do much to stop their instance from being abused like this.
