Personally, I use computer monitors. They’re cheap enough. 32 inch ultra wide. 36 inch. They’re only getting larger and cheaper.
As for remote control, I hook it up to the computer and use unified remote.

It’s so easy to make your own batter and leave a container in the refrigerator for a week.
Then you can put blueberries, strawberries, whatever you want in the waffle iron. Easy, easy, easy. takes about a minute and a half per waffle.

The huge Thumb nails on the home page are ridiculous. Makes it harder to find content I want to watch. If you zoom out it will only show 4 horizontal thumbnails, Max.
