Damn that’s spendy. Check and see if you have an L&L Hawaiian BBQ nearby. They are amazing and their Mac salad, musubi and Loco moko are top tier
- Comment on a very tasty snack 2 weeks ago:
Spam and egg musubi are amazing. I kinda want some now lol
- Comment on How does this thing work? (wrong answers only) 3 weeks ago:
You rig it to a boiling pot of water and the fan creates electricity from the boiling water to power the fan
- Comment on Anyone Have Memories Of This Game? 4 weeks ago:
I didn’t have a PS2 to play it but I remember watching early versions of competitive gaming on g4 (or whatever it was before) where they’d play lan matches on TV. Was that x play?

Don’t play their games. Pirating and playing ain’t much better when they still get word of mouth and press for their games

Probably should’ve asked for donations to support their passion projects or just casually have a donate button to the side. Gamers love supporting a good passion project. See: Stardew Valley and Hollow Knight for two easy examples given how many times people have bought extra copies because it’s so good and it’s so cheap and it’ll be fun to play again on Switch/Xbox/PS/PC/Mobile/Demake/audiobook/choose your own adventure

- Comment on I have an idea ☝️ 2 months ago:
I have no idea. For the latter, it seemed like a sleep timer basically? Mind you this is old knowledge I’m dredging back up so I could be way off base on what the app is
- Comment on I have an idea ☝️ 2 months ago:
Yeah, Pokemon Sleep is a phone app
- Comment on Maybe the RAM shortage will make software less bloated? 2 months ago:
Probably a super unpopular take, but the Switch and Switch 2 have done more for game optimization than the Steam Deck has by sheer volume of consoles sold than the Steam Deck ever could. I agree the Steam Deck pushed things further but the catalyst is the Switch/2

I only dumped my flip 4 because the winters can get - 20f and plastic and bendy glass hates that. If I lived in a nicer climate, I’d totally have one still. Never gave me issues even in the cold though

- Comment on EA Announces No F1 26 Next Year, F1 25 Will Get a Major Expansion Instead 3 months ago:
All of those changes are minor as far as a game goes on the backend. They aren’t building brand new mechanics for these cars year after year.
- Comment on When we eat the billionaires, we should spare Gabe Newell? No? 3 months ago:
I don’t care if they exist or not. The complaints that XYZ doesn’t have them is what makes me dislike them. Like who cares if Switch doesn’t have achievements? Go play the game and have fun
- Comment on When we eat the billionaires, we should spare Gabe Newell? No? 3 months ago:
I’m glad you deleted your comment because it had nothing to do with my point
- Comment on When we eat the billionaires, we should spare Gabe Newell? No? 3 months ago:
I didn’t say Valve did. I said why I don’t like achievement systems or, I guess more accurately, why I don’t think everything needs them
- Comment on When we eat the billionaires, we should spare Gabe Newell? No? 3 months ago:
For me, it’s when people complain that a game/system/platform doesn’t have them. Some games and systems don’t need or want to gamify playing games and that’s okay
- Comment on When we eat the billionaires, we should spare Gabe Newell? No? 3 months ago:
If one bad apple truly should the bunch, yes. Yes you have to eat him too

Second steam machine (not deck!), Second VR headset, and second controller ( I actually don’t know if that’s totally true)
- Comment on Valve Announces New Steam Machine, Steam Controller & Steam Frame 3 months ago:
If it’s priced at or around $500/$600, I’m getting one. Price will be very important to the success of these products.
