“Rogues and Scoundrels” really doesn’t feel like it’s a good fit for Trek IP.
Maybe I’ll be proven wrong.

I just use the normal Lemmy web experience on desktop Firefox.
If the width of the window is made quite narrow, like on a phone, they will look the same. At full size, or in landscape, they won’t.

The formatting is a little off. At the end of a line, before you hit enter, leave 2 spaces.

Almost: râpe à fromage

I wouldn’t say that most things are bots. People often just repost things without looking at the place they post, or what the rules of that place are.

I have seen people eat it straight out of the package before, which is absolutely disgusting.
Not everyone will like every food, even when prepared correctly. - Comment on How exactly does one eat 1500 calories a day? 3 months ago:
Have you looked into animal-free alternatives like tofu, beans, or lentils?
Tofu has fewer calories than chicken per 100g, though it also doesn’t have as much protein for the size size.

That’s the app you use failing at displaying text, on a website that is mostly text.
You should submit a ticket to the dev, or use an app that’s out of beta.
- Comment on Why are people downvoting the MediaBiasFactChecker not? 3 months ago:
That comment you linked is displayed as four lines, and it only gets long if you expand everything.
I can get being upset with the corporation itself or the methodology is uses.
But if you don’t interact with the spoiler tags,
it’s as long as this comment. - Comment on Why are people downvoting the MediaBiasFactChecker not? 3 months ago:
The posts are 4 lines unless you are using an AP that fails at displaying spoilers.

First thing, who cares?
Second thing, they are parodying a painting, a painting that has been parodied several times, and not the actual event.
- Comment on YouTube tests server-side ads to make your coveted blocker obsolete 3 months ago:
They can only tell that something is blocked because the ad wasn’t loaded from a server. If it’s not loaded, then they can’t count it as “viewed.”
If the ad is just blacked over, it is still loaded, and they wouldn’t know.

The linux mint forums make it seem like it works out of the box. I know that it worked out of the box for my Thinkpad x380, even the touchscreen, pen, and screen rotation.

Damn it, I knew I should’ve invested years of my life into cookie lore for a brand not sold in my country!
Probably more useful than 40k lore, but less useful than LotR lore. - Comment on a 320 year old elf marries an 80 year old human: Is the elf robbing the cradle, or the grave? 5 months ago:
You need to be specific about which type of elves this is.
If we’re talking LotR, elves are immortal.
If we’re talking 40k, Eldrad is 10,000+ years old.
If we’re talking WoW, it’s a couple thousand years.
If we’re talking D&D, elves live like 750 years.
If we’re talking Shadowrun, Elves lit’s all over the place. - Comment on xkcd #2932: Driving PSA 6 months ago:
