People use labels to get information quickly as a form of vetting.
“You’re not… a republican, are you?”
“Oh, hell no!”
“Oh good!”
Now they can let their guard down and be friends. Without labels, determining they are talking to a decent person takes much longer.

- Comment on What game has the best tutorial, in your opinion? 5 weeks ago:
I was going to mention Bioshock too, but what I love about it is the voiceovers never pause gameplay. The worst tutorials are the ones that make you sit through cutscenes that are longer than you want to sit through.

A better analogy would be if I printed out a copy of a painting I like.
I don’t control which games Nintendo makes. If I did, we’d have a sequel to Majora’s Mask and Mario Galaxy 3.

Some non-zero percent of people think the trafficking is fake news. Harder to disbelieve a cost you pay yourself.
Others might think it’s normal deportation of undesirables. Harder to ignore something that affects you and yours.

(don’t know what Americans call them)
This is such a bizarre thing to say. Why does your mind go to Americans, especially if you aren’t one? How do you know we don’t call them that too? (We don’t, but how did you know that?)
