  For a game similar to the MS-DOS version The Rogue Prince of Persia is probably your best bet. I got The Lost Crown a few months ago but after hitting a wall and refusing to look up a walkthrough I’ve dropped it for a bit.

  Similarly I was working on a track and doing something super experimental that I was going to revert and accidentally hit CTRL S instead of CTRL A (automation), saving all the weird shit.

  Luckily I didn’t lose it, but CTRL Z-ing bact to prior was annoying because I did some things I wanted to keep on other channels

  For those who want a top down GTA experience slightly newer than GTA 2, check out GTA Chinatown Wars.

  It was PSP and Nintendo DS only but had a decent story and had the precursor to the drug trading that’s prominent in GTA 5 now. I enjoyed it but remember it having almost no marketing when it came out.

  For Naughty Dog? They have a solid track record of great games. I’m more enthusiastic than pessimistic, but it sucks it’ll likely be a PlayStation exclusive for a while.

  I would pick image pass through because I’m not necessarily concerned about the image hoster logging my IP. I have been more frustrated with broken links, so I am very much opposed to the current method.

  I said the same thing about Daytona USA. When booted up a GameCube for the first time and saw PSO I was amazed, although the GC was closer hardware wise to the Dreamcast, which we had.

  Grass? Trees? BIRDS?! I remember the grass in Oblivion melting dual GPU setups back in the day.

  Eh the “PS5 first” angle for FF16 and the continuation of Remake underperformed, and they admitted it themselves. I think PS5/PC releases are the future for them, so they can make more money at launch with minimal porting issues.

  Most Hunters I’ve met are pretty cool. Can’t say the same about Drew’s, Brock’s, or Clayton’s, but I feel like those are becoming more uncommon as I get older.

  I bought the game during last year’s sale and dropped it because it doesn’t explain anything and the constant anxiety from unavoidable events was not fun in my opinion. I never got a refund for it but I don’t see myself picking it up again.

  Around 2010 my family had a shop I ran mostly alone, during slow hours I’d play Eye of Judgement, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, MGS Peace Walker, both Ac!d games and, because my car had some mean subwoofers, I’d use my PSP as a skip proof media player (bass was so hard the CD player would skip anything I burned).

  Power Stone (both) was great but inevitably there’s always the one person who hangs back and avoids combat to stealthily get all the stones to transform, making it unfun for casual or new players.

  I know because I was that person. I was a big fan of a little known game called Armada on the DC, as well as Jambo Safari and the 2k Sports games.

  Oh yeah definitely recommend checking it out, I may have to get an emulator because my PSP is deep in my closet in several different pieces currently. I’ve been itching to play Metal Gear Ac!d anyway, so this may be my excuse.

  I’ve never researched a PSP emulator for Android but I may now so I can still play on the go.

  I think, if Sony owns the rights to it, a standalone game with the original rules would be great. The main things I loved were the direction based attacks, the variety of cards, and the elemental/flippable game tiles that could affect a lot of different classes.

  They made a PSP version of the game I used to play WAY more that the PS3 version, but I think the people who bought the full game had a sour taste in the mouth when they found out you could print the right code and “own” whatever characters that were in the booster packs.
