  Of all their games I easily have 800+ hours in Rogue Company and saw the writing on the wall after a year of no additional content and the same Christmas theme year-round. I stopped playing 6 months ago because I didn’t want to invest in more time in a game that wasn’t being supported and could be shut down any time.

  I guess the good news is the servers will be up, but who is going to play now?

  I’m late but: Fights In Tight Spaces. I thoroughly enjoy their daily challenges, and save my replays when I have a spectacular run with no damage.

  For a game similar to the MS-DOS version The Rogue Prince of Persia is probably your best bet. I got The Lost Crown a few months ago but after hitting a wall and refusing to look up a walkthrough I’ve dropped it for a bit.

  Similarly I was working on a track and doing something super experimental that I was going to revert and accidentally hit CTRL S instead of CTRL A (automation), saving all the weird shit.

  Luckily I didn’t lose it, but CTRL Z-ing bact to prior was annoying because I did some things I wanted to keep on other channels

  For those who want a top down GTA experience slightly newer than GTA 2, check out GTA Chinatown Wars.

  It was PSP and Nintendo DS only but had a decent story and had the precursor to the drug trading that’s prominent in GTA 5 now. I enjoyed it but remember it having almost no marketing when it came out.

  For Naughty Dog? They have a solid track record of great games. I’m more enthusiastic than pessimistic, but it sucks it’ll likely be a PlayStation exclusive for a while.

  I would pick image pass through because I’m not necessarily concerned about the image hoster logging my IP. I have been more frustrated with broken links, so I am very much opposed to the current method.

  I said the same thing about Daytona USA. When booted up a GameCube for the first time and saw PSO I was amazed, although the GC was closer hardware wise to the Dreamcast, which we had.

  Grass? Trees? BIRDS?! I remember the grass in Oblivion melting dual GPU setups back in the day.

  Eh the “PS5 first” angle for FF16 and the continuation of Remake underperformed, and they admitted it themselves. I think PS5/PC releases are the future for them, so they can make more money at launch with minimal porting issues.

  Most Hunters I’ve met are pretty cool. Can’t say the same about Drew’s, Brock’s, or Clayton’s, but I feel like those are becoming more uncommon as I get older.
