I kinda get your point, but you have to see it this way: Both of them had it themselves almost certainly at some point in their lives. Haemorrhoids are kinda common. But it’s not something you tell your peers about while having a break next to the coffee machine.
Also, don’t be embarrassed about medical issues in front of your parents. If they aren’t complete assholes, they won’t turn this into a show to shame you or something.
- Comment on Why do the femcels and the incels not.... date each other? 1 week ago:
Two sides with unrealistically high standards which they themselves don’t meet. Plus they hate the others almost as much as they hate themselves.
I don’t see this working out, guys.

When you’re a mod and let others do this to you, you deserve it.
- Comment on Norwich restaurant charges £100 for a pineapple pizza 5 weeks ago:
The owners and staff of Lupa pizza in Norwich are so revolted by the Hawaiian that they have reluctantly added the topping to their delivery menu but only with the eye-watering price tag.
I can guarantee you this restaurant sucks.

The reason our ancestors went on to live on land is because they knew what lived deep in the ocean. There is no sound reason to return there.

Signing that one.

Ffs, I can’t go back to Terraria while I am preoccupied with wrapping my head around Factorios Space Age.

What an interesting way to formulate your question. It’s literally flame baiting.
- Comment on Where does a man get a proper shoe horn that will not break 3 months ago:
Definitely this. OP should try to position the shoehorn alongside his leg. If you use it in a wider angle over and over, not only makes it the process harder and more uncomfortable, it also bends the metal after some time.
Ooooor, OPs feet are a freaky affront to nature.

Iron Lung. Everyone is gone. Every star, every planet and every moon. The only people left are those who were on spaceships and stations. With one exception: A moon is found, glowing in the light of a star that doesn’t exist and filled with an ocean of blood. Desperate for answers, the new makeshift government sends prisoners in submarines deep into this ocean with a simple task: make it to a hand full of coordinates, take the pictures and make it out alive. Did I mention it’s an ocean of human blood?
This game fucked me up that one night I played it alone. And no, it won’t take you longer. The dev literally says so in the description. About an hour. But it’s cheap and takes you on a crazy ride. By David Szymanski, the mad genius behind Dusk.

- Comment on If lemmy.world became the biggest in the fediverse with a user base that could rival Reddit. Would it become monetized? 5 months ago:
I think I would buy a lemmy.world mug, as long as it’s a huge one. Don’t know about ads tho. Selling user data would end with everyone scrambling their content into Lorem ipsum and scatter to smaller instances. Lemmings are different from redditors.
- Comment on Spaceships 5 months ago:
Rocket scientist here. It’s ok. Like every other spaceship, it is designed like a giant cock so it can penetrate the sky. Everything else is optional really.

Don’t know if this counts, but Resident Evil 4 killed off the tank controls and single-handedly popularised third person cameras for survival horror games.

I use Apple TV at home and had my Chromecast with me when travelling for a decade now. Brave little thing.
And yes, Fire TV sucks monkey balls. It either dies immediately or gets problems after a few weeks.
- Comment on Is Asmongold an alt-right "entrypoint" influencer? 6 months ago:
I once saw him being an utter piece of shit. A Bethesda writer got harassed on Twitter for being a writer on Fallout 4. Long story short, some jackass manchild on Reddit shitposted something utterly wrong and it made sense to other menchildren and they attacked said guy which hurt him a lot. So this assmold guy made fun of him, calling him pathetic and acting like being hurt is something disgusting. And it dragged on forever.
He is a piece of shit. So are his viewers for still watching his stuff.
Don’t know if he is alt right tho. But it doesn’t matter. Shit nonetheless.
