I’m glad I’m not the only one. That account is truly bizarre (from the point of view of how they write and express themselves). I’ve engaged with them a few times and it’s like a weird loop. I know it’s a real person, but it feels like talking to a script or dialog tree because it always goes down the same 1-2 dialog paths

Ok, can we talk about the hand held steamer for a hot second? I got convinced into getting one. Now, can you explain how we do:
- The collar
- The seam along the buttons
Because it doesn’t seem to do much for either
Thanks

Yes, making movies is not an easy feat. But there’s plenty of good stuff coming out. Don’t know what to tell you.

Hollywood has been sucking ass lately, but lots of small indie films have been kicking ass. Everything from A24 has been fantastic recently. Lots of good foreign films too

Sure, but it’s also not easy to pivot an entire workforce to a new software platform. I work in architecture and the industry on a whole runs on the smallest possible margins and is managed by boomers that can barely mark up a pdf.

For sure. I would love to ditch Autocad, but that would require me convincing my entire industry. I hate AutoCAD.

Get AutoCAD on Linux and I’m there buddy. Some of us need to work.

That’s odd. I find myself unable to keep up with all the movies I want to see. You should check out the Criterion collection.

I remember buying a surface pro 2 when it came out. Battery crapped after 2 years of light use. Hinges failed on keyboard. All around very cheaply built. I heard they got better after that but I never bothered going back to the surface lineup. It was a really disappointing product compared to it’s apple counterparts.
