  I ate pasta raw when I wqs really hungry and had nothing that’s actually edible in my room. It tasted horrible, never again.

      I just needed an example for things that should definitely not be carried out at home. We all eat raw pasta from time to time. But the colleagues just wouldn’t understand…

  Occasionally, when cooking pasta. But I eat it always very al dente, so in kind of used. And every time if I make gnocchi. Raw gnocchi are as good as cooked!

    raw gnocchi is the best! I thought it was pronounced g-NOCH-i and not no-chi. and not me being 75% italian…!
