“practicing” is spelled with a ‘c’

I remember even testing that one out as a kid, finding it was not true, observing that it obviously wasn’t true, and bringing it up my experience to my teacher. “No” was basically the only response I got. How did a myth like that catch on when it was so easily testable by literally anybody?

She would not be meeting with Far Right figures or sponsoring legislation if not for an outsized vicious attack against her shitty opinions.
Except worse because unlike the person in the comic, JKR actually has a lot of capital and influence.
There are no shortage of villains, and she is rather small potatoes.
Fuck and deride them all, don’t be a slouch, don’t turn a blind eye.

It’s like a sudden chill times 50. Seriously anyone who’s particularly sensitive should probably sit down while using this thing cause it feels so fucken weird and intense, like a nervous system factory reset.

- Comment on Decided to dig a big hole 2 weeks ago:
Where I live the ground is rocks with the gaps between filled with dried clay. Literally a 2 to 1 ratio of rock to clay in some spots. Closer to a soft concrete than actual soil once you get more than 6 inches down. So the shovel doesn’t actually dig as much as it just scoops out the shit I beat loose with a tamper bar.
Sometimes I feel like the only guy on the Internet who sees these digging posts and thinks “I’ve dug enough” lol.

I only assume that it’s not an autonomous train. And I’m not making any points about morality here, that sounds exhausting and I’d rather leave that to a lawyer or judge. I’m just saying, from a physics standpoint, moving the girl instead of stopping the training would’ve saved no fewer lives and not damaged any infrastructure. Just some constructive feedback Supes, I love what you’re doin ♥️♥️♥️
- Comment on at least no more trolley problems 2 weeks ago:
That goes for the people on the train too though. If he had so little time that he couldn’t move the kid 2 meters without giving him whiplash, then stopping the train in that same amount of time would send everybody on the train flying to the front of their cars at whatever speed the train was going.
