5 hours is the mark of an acceptable response time. Once it is passed, responses become less and less acceptable.
So saying, “one sec” or “hold on” resets this time. You can see the receiver is replying just under 5 hours.
Look it up for your culture.
Also this is bullshit and I just made this up. So don’t look it based on what I said.
