Kinda feels like my systems past. I have d.i.d. and often feels that way. Memories of someone else that wasn’t me but I’m now someone else with the same memories but not the same person

Anemoia, if I'm not mistaken, is a feeling of nostalgia for something you haven't experienced yourself, so what do the OP's words have to do with it? I think the OP is referring to himself from the past.

Assuming that if you were able to go back to that point in time and everything beyond that point happened in the exact same way with the exact same responses by you, yes.

Or there could be branching, and that person will become someone different.
You can also look at time like collection of snapshots, and that person won’t become anything else.

Yes, consciousness is described as a constant feedback loop by Douglas Hofstadter in his book ‘I am a strange loop’.
