Kinda feels like my systems past. I have d.i.d. and often feels that way. Memories of someone else that wasn’t me but I’m now someone else with the same memories but not the same person
My head is full of memories of a person who isn't me, only someone who will become me.

Or there could be branching, and that person will become someone different.
You can also look at time like collection of snapshots, and that person won’t become anything else.

There’s a word for that, “anemoia”.

Anemoia, if I'm not mistaken, is a feeling of nostalgia for something you haven't experienced yourself, so what do the OP's words have to do with it? I think the OP is referring to himself from the past.

Yes, consciousness is described as a constant feedback loop by Douglas Hofstadter in his book ‘I am a strange loop’.
Well with the read it you want to explore this though a bit further.
