  It goes further than that. Different singing techniques use more or entirely different muscle groups than talking. Some more extreme metal vocal techniques bypass the vocal cords almost entirely. Y’all should watch the Charismatic Voice videos where they stack cameras and stuff down Will Ramos’ throat.

  Have a real look at meat factories and tell me that is natural. I have nothing against eating wild animals like deer to counteract the lack of predators. But eating industry meat and claiming you are naturaly a predator is ridiculous, especially with the amount and quality of meat alternatives available.

  The thing is they aren’t (yet). It looks like the EU might be thinking about introducing some sort of requirement for age verification, but it’s nowhere near decided enough for Discord to demand it globally. There are also methods of age verification that are much better and more secure than what they will use, like the German AusweisApp.

  Can’tbelieve no one’s said this yet, but first you should check protondb.com for all the games you play a lot. It will show you how well they work in Linux. The biggest issue are competitive/esports titles because of their anticheat systems. Most other games run fine out of the box, but some run better with some tweaking.

  We don’t know enough to say it’s bad yet, but it seems to not be what most Star Trek fans want out of a new show. People will go in expecting it to be bad, so it will have to be incredible just to be accepted. My hopes are not high, considering how Discovery ended.

  I use spotify because it’s the only one I know of that

  • has a student plan I qualify for
  • lets me download in Linux
  • allows playlists with over 2000 songs

  If deezer could geht their act together I’d switch to that, but they limit playlists to 2000 tracks. Buying every single song would be way more expensive than streaming, so I just can’t afford to do anything else.

  I’m very happy with my FP 4 + Calyx OS, FP 5 seems like a fair generational improvement. I dont think any custom roms for FP 6 exist yet. If you’re in the US, Fairphone might be harder to get. In that case a Pixel and Graphene is a very good choice.

  TLDR Fairphone if in EU, Pixel if in US

  They don’t appear to understand the difference between cultural and gender identity. I’d try this:
  “If a white person of european descent were raised from birth by a Sentinel Island tribe, would they be culturally european?”
  The answer is obviously no, illustrating that the cultural identity of a person depends on the culture the person was raised in. I don’t know how gender identity works, but clearly how someone is raised has little to do with it.

  I subconsciously skipped the entire text after a few words and didn’t even realize or think about why until I saw this comment. OPs style of writing is exhausting. If they talk like that in person, that would explain a lot.

  A guy on YT used to (or still does idk) upload entire FSD trips after every update. I haven’t watched any lately but the trend was that the software was improving with some regressions every now and then, which were fixed in the next updates.
