  But Ebola (virus) only has RNA, not DNA.

  Why not make a mene with a virus that has a DNA genome.
  Or just just RNA (“RiboNucleic Acid”) as the example, humans need it just as much to function as DNA (“DeoxyriboNucleic Acid”).

    For me, the fact that Ebola is an RNA virus made the meme more absurd and funny, in a “cut off your note to spite your face” way
