When the forklift is in motion the forks should be 6 inches or less from the ground. That driver needs a firm talking to. Maybe even a written warning.

This reminds me of the warning signs I saw in Taiwan. Their stick figures go hard. Being thrown out of busses and hit by cars, kicking at monkeys trying to take their food, shattering their everything from falling down stairs. I want the US to adopt more vivid stick figure warnings
