  Putin was literally a KGB spy before he went into politics, he knows how to keep a secret or two. He’s an awful human being but he’s not a complete idiot, that’s OUR dictator’s job

  The Putin part might have been an inside joke if they were aware of some blackmail. Then again, if he’s blackmailing people… he’d have to be quiet about it… and it sure as hell appeared he had some kind of leverage on Trump around his rise to the presidency, we just all assumed it was russian tampering.

    Do you have any idea how crazy that would sound, even yesterday? In 2016 you’d just have your post deleted for spreading false info.

        I’m honestly surprised trump hasn’t in secret ordered someone to write “the Weinstein Files”. A set of “government documents” about Harvey Weinstein.

  Putin is a master blackmailer, from all accounts. There’s even a specific word in Russian for it, “kompromat”.

  I’m pretty sure he knows how to keep a secret, especially when he’s able to use that secret to destroy US democracy.
