Clicking is ominous given that dmesg shows it’s stuck at spinning up. Try it with another adapter on another computer. Otherwise I wouldn’t trust it to work: what if you put data on it now and it fails?

So a few that are still rising are great for being easy to care for. And others like alocasia and monsters are highly collectible with new “rare” varieties for high end plant people to keep fiddling with. Interesting.

Being the newest leaves, I would still wonder if there were some tiny tiny bugs, some only come out at night. Have you treated with an insecticide?
