It’s also a question of finding and keeping a job in the first place. I have a four year degree and I am completely unable to find anything whatsoever minus some work I’ve done in the past that didn’t last long. It has been narrowed down to my disability of ASD according to my mental health professionals. I hate this economy.

never said it was right. america still does this though. being transgender is considered a mental illness when it’s just a different brain development. it has nothing to do with reality. tribal peoples had lgbt people of all kinds pre colonization and it was considered normal. They were given the ultimate form of acceptance- roles in their society. They were basically expected to adopt orphans of the tribe while in a gay marriage
