  I’m 43, and it’s still cannabis and alcohol. And LSD if available.

  I haven’t ever taken an Alka Seltzer. Not even sure what they do.

    Per wikipedia: "Alka-Seltzer is a combination of sodium bicarbonate, aspirin, and anhydrous citric acid used for the relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, and stomach aches.[1]" Yeah, eat well, live well. And one won't need a remedy from 1931.
