Removing children from a war zone - war crime!
Sending children back to donbass so they can die in a war - freedom!
- Comment on Ukraine found about 400 places in Russia where kidnapped children are being held 1 hour ago:
I’m sure they’ll be fine. Once the war is over, the media will just forget about the 100,000 or 200,000 allegedly abducted children. If they have family in Ukraine then they can go back, but it’s morally wrong to send children into an area where there’s a war. Sending children back to donbass is itself a war crime, one that Zelensky seems desperate to commit.

What they did was disgraceful. I watched part 5 of Tucker Carlson’s 9/11 series and it reminded me of all the stuff I hadn’t thought about for 10 years.

9/11 perpetrator kicks the bucket, nice!
- Comment on Another WSJ banger about why the poors aren't doing more 3 weeks ago:
I think I figured out I was never going to make it back in 2015 - 2017. When I was in my mid twenties. I rented shitty shared flats with tenants I didn’t like (one even stole property from me) and I also lived in a crack den, a place they sent people to, after they served their prison sentence. Meth and whores from time to time. Lots of passive-aggressive crap in the TV room that tenants obviously learned from prison. I heard that in prison people fight over what to watch on TV, so people were anal about rules in that crack den. They lived like they were still locked up.

What would you say if someone on the left was killed as revenge?
- Comment on Google will block sideloading of unverified Android apps starting next year 2 months ago:
Support for this will grow, I hope. Linux on PC has been really easy for the past 10 or so years, but phones often have locked bootloaders. There’s not that much support for different models either, feels like a work in progress. I hope someone just starts up a volunteer organisation that can provide pre-installed free software. Not just one centralised company, but multiple outlets.

How does it compare with LineageOS? What are the pros and cons in your opinion?
- Comment on Computer Science, a popular college major, has one of the highest unemployment rates 2 months ago:
Correct, and the other problem is that if you live in a house with 6-8 other people, and don’t even have anywhere to park a vehicle (as in, not even on the road outside) then it’s never going to work. I imagine what it’d be like if I did a trade, but I couldn’t get to work in the morning because another tenant decided to sleep-in and block my vehicle from leaving the drive. Just ridiculous.

My friend over there says they will somehow force its installation even on iPhones.
- Comment on Ukraine expands evacuations in Sumy region amid offensive fears 5 months ago:
Ukrainian propaganda claims 1 million russian casualties (deaths and injuries) but I saw on BBC last year, only 43,000 Ukrainian casualties.
- Comment on Ukraine expands evacuations in Sumy region amid offensive fears 5 months ago:
You really believe Russia has 1 million dead or injured, and Ukraine, only a few thousand?
- Comment on Ukraine expands evacuations in Sumy region amid offensive fears 5 months ago:
Right, maybe financial times was talking exclusively about shahed/geranium drones rather than fpv or lancet.
- Comment on Ukraine expands evacuations in Sumy region amid offensive fears 5 months ago:
Nah the meat wave thing is just stupid reporting. I saw articles 3 years ago that said russia was using “medieval siege tactics” and “frankenstein units”. Anything to make Russian strategy sound bad lol
- Comment on Ukraine expands evacuations in Sumy region amid offensive fears 5 months ago:
The more interesting story this week was the Financial Times, reporting that Russia is planning to make 500 drones per day, meaning they could soon launch 1,000 drones in a single day and over-load air defences.

- Comment on Former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss to launch ‘free speech’ social media platform 6 months ago:
There is already a free speech platform called Gab Social, which follows America’s 1st amendment. How could a fool like Liz Truss pretend to care about free speech, when people in her country routinely get the police at their door for posting memes? I’m so sick of free speech being nothing more than a trend or a buzzword used by rich people.
