Thanks, in that case I’ll look into it at some point!
- Comment on I don't get the love for Nextcloud - alternative for just files? 6 days ago:
Does it need to be an external IP? I was going to look into setting it up soon but if that’s the case I think I’ll just stick with SMB shares or maybe try syncthing
- Comment on UK concerned by use of Chinese drones used to survey nuclear power plant, solar farms, water reservoirs 2 weeks ago:
DJI drones were able to capture “incredibly valuable, accurate data” at Hinkley Point nuclear power plant, according to Skymatics, a surveying company which ran the project at the site.
The site is part-owned by China General Nuclear Power Group. Representatives for EDF did and Skymatics did not respond to requests for comment.
Surely that is more concerning if you think China is a credible threat?
Also glad to see Thames water take their security seriously because they certainly seem to be treating everything else as a fucking joke at the moment (along with all the other water companies)

I’ve always thought the fact that the LockScreen is just one massive advert tells you everything you need to know about fire tablets!
- Comment on Split Fiction Developer Already Started Working On Its Next Title, Calls It An "Exciting Thing" 1 month ago:
Oh I never realised that was the same dev, we’ve played the entire series and loved those as well! (The second one wasn’t as good but the third and fourth were great)
- Comment on Split Fiction Developer Already Started Working On Its Next Title, Calls It An "Exciting Thing" 1 month ago:
I’m currently playing split fiction with a friend and it’s really good, we enjoyed it takes two when they came out again. There’s not enough co-op games like this so it’s good to hear they’re doing well
- Comment on Jellyfin is not just good... but *better* than Plex now?! 2 months ago:
I didn’t give it very long but it was literally just 3 films and 1 TV show
- Comment on Jellyfin is not just good... but *better* than Plex now?! 2 months ago:
I tried Jellyfin a few weeks ago and didn’t have much luck with it. I only added a couple of shows and movies just to test it but half of them just didn’t show in the library (even though it detected them as they showed in other places). Will it only show stuff in the library if it can pick up the metadata for it?
