The regular ones will kill you as well. Boiling water on a stove is nothing compared to steam under pressure.
- Comment on But yes. 2 days ago:
You want to see weird water look up super critical boilers. That stuff was nasty. A regular steam leak will set things on fire. That stuff would explode a broom. We looked for the leaks with straw brooms. You can’t see steam in normal conditions. Only its effects.

For shitty reasons. You have to sniff a lot of your own farts to think putting it there is a good idea. Its like they don’t think their crap crashes. I just had to to a net install on two this week in our lab.

If you treat your kids like an adult they grow up to be one. We see plenty of example of people who are of legal age acting like children. Now you know why.

I agree.

Good. Qualcomm refuses to make it easy to run linux on their hardware. Instead they try to hide basic information about their processors and chips in the name of selling a license for every little thing.
- Comment on Kroger’s plans to roll out facial recognition at its grocery stores is attracting criticism from lawmakers, who warn it could lead to surge pricing and put customers’ personal data at risk 3 weeks ago:
Just don’t shop at kroger. Problem solved. In some cases this may be the only available store but in those cases the prices are usually higher anyway. No matter the company operating the store

- Comment on The feds are coming for John Deere over the right to repair: The farm equipment giant has fought against letting farmers repair their own equipment for years 4 weeks ago:
Just like looking in a mirror isn’t it. What is see is someone who likes the way things are knowing without your exclusive access you wouldn’t have a job. If the information was readily available to everyone there would be no reason to rely on someone who has bought in.

So case doesn’t have replacement parts. Sounds like a pretty weak argument. Since you are inside the grift I can see why you don’t like my solution.

Case makes good equipment and as far as I know they don’t do that to their customers. So why do these dipshits still buy deere.

To each his own. I’ve tried a few solutions. I use vinegar and apply it with some large cotton swabs. I usually wash them with the vinegar two or three times and let it sit for an hour. Then I use the baking soda dissolved into water and apply it several times. If possible to remove the contacts completely I will soak it in vinegar and then the baking soda solution. I buff the contacts if they are badly corroded. I can’t stress enough how much a little dielectric grease prevents further corrosion.
- Comment on Opened an old scientific instrument to see if it works... 4 weeks ago:
Give it the vinegar and baking soda treatment.

Mine began in truth about eight years before. that. BBS and tymnet nodes enabled by shit load of blue and black box phone calls. Just go look at the neat and orderly wiring in a blue box and know that mine was nothing like that. Mine looked like low rent spider web of components stuffed in a cigar box.

Except, he probably doesn’t agree with that scumbag ruling. I’m pretty sure if he did the supreme court would reverse course on it. Its not like they have any integrity.

- Comment on Nintendo Is Now Going After YouTube Accounts Which Show Its Games Being Emulated 1 month ago:
This is kinda like a advertisement that game emulation is at the point where it works as well as the consoles. The more attention this gets the more people will see this. I quit consoles a long time ago but its clear that they are not going to force anyone to purchase their products and its more likely that they will just drive people toward these emulators.
