Maybe you should word things better.

I’m not saying you’re wrong about stereotypes, but I am saying you’re terminally online if you truly believe that it’s a small group.

Your body is an engine that turns useful words into grating screeches.

Man, everything about me will be fed to a machine somewhere eventually. I don’t have the resources nor will to go sufficiently off-grid to prevent that so I’ll just take people knowing my pronouns instead.

Fine, disprove it then asshole. Where’s your evidence?
- Comment on Jack Dorsey claims Bluesky is 'repeating all the mistakes' he made at Twitter 6 months ago:
I think it’s clear it does. Students in schools switch their attentions so incredibly quickly that it preempts any immersion in the material. Seriously, talk to any teacher they will explain it better than me, I just deal with student computers.

Cool but this is more for when there’s an alternative. You have to take that risk, whatever, but if you don’t, maybe it’s time to reconsider.

Actually yes, if you use Firefox for android which supports uBlock.
- Comment on I had some that looked exactly like this 9 months ago:
I’m sad to report it’s very much not limited to America. My local university had these things pop up to some considerable height because one of the buildings was condemned due to mold. Condemned about three years ago and is still standing. There’s also a number of schools using these things because they burned down or got condemned or whatever, I’m not entirely sure. At least one of those has been going two years longer than it was supposed to.

So rare to see one of these without a repeated word

Honestly I’m just interested in what else is fucked up about this game. First it’s not even the game it purported to be, so I just want the dissection yknow.

Mate. The animal has to die for the product to get made. There’s such a thing as avoiding waste: You wouldn’t slaughter an entire horse and just use the hooves, nor would you chop a chicken for just the wings. You use as much as you can. Stuff like gelatin usually has multiple source animals precisely because it’s made of what used to be wasted. There isn’t a way to extract these things without causing serious injury or death to the animal, ergo it is very much not vegetarian.

- Comment on Precarious finances: 38% of Europeans no longer eat three meals a day 11 months ago:
I eat when I feel hungry and that usually means only dinner, sometimes lunch or breakfast but rarely all 3. I’m pretty low activity so it feels enough for me. I think like eating out of habit at a certain time is a bad thing but might just be my anecdotal experience.
