To Florida, overdevelopment is not about protecting wetlands or beaches. In Florida when someone talks about over development they are referring to all the new people moving there.
The other person’s comment is about how the snow bird that bought their house last week is complaining about the snow bird that just bought the neighbors house.
I used to live in Florida for 33 years.
It’s the same logic as Latinos who’ve been in the US wanting to pull up the ladder and get rid of the new Latinos.

I completely forgot about that game. I played an early demo and thought it was pretty good.

Even removing the software, you’d still have something most of the world considers not fit for the road. You’d have to replace almost all of it and at that point you’re just building a new car from scratch.

Same. I think it’s a Motorola thing. My current and last few phones for the past 15 years have been Motorola.

Motorola is the only android for me. They can easily last 6 years plus.

Weight gain can turn a small thing into a bigger thing. A outpatient procedure is more likely to turn inpatient if the patient is over 300lbs.

- Comment on "I don't know" how much Borderlands 4 will cost, Gearbox boss says, but it had "more than twice the development budget for Borderlands 3" and "it might be" $80 like some Nintendo and Xbox games 1 week ago:
I could look past the story and enjoy the gameplay. But the game itself still sucked and was very empty. A few months after launch they did an event where each week a different planet had a lot event and you could target items. 3 of the planets only had one or two areas to even farm decent numbers. Most of the game is empty.
Combine that with my own personal issue with Gearbox removing the official forums, (which had years of builds and information going back to BL1) and a certain YouTuber stealing content and using modded weapons and then denying it. I have no interest in BL4.
The old gearbox is dead. Even watching the video it just looks like reused skills. Oh look another character that puts enemies into floating balls, how original.

- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 1 week ago:
Not really. 9 times out of 10 a recipe will give a minute range. Like 9-10 or 17-19 minutes. Very rarely will a recipe say do exactly x minutes.
Preheating isn’t mandatory, hell it’s not even mandatory on an oven, it just provides best results and consistent results. If you put something in there that requires 15-18 minutes. You either can put it in cold and do around 17 or 18 minutes, or you can preheat for a minute or two and do 15 minutes.
They fact people are arguing that preheating doesn’t do anything is the stupidest fucking argument I’ve ever heard. It’s simple physics. And hot air is not going to make a metal tray with holes become hot instantly.
- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 2 weeks ago:
So you Googled the brand you own and it recommended a few minutes of preheating for best results and decided best to not post it. Got it.
And yes, fucking dumbass stands. You made a generalized statement that since all the ones you own don’t say to preheat, proof not withstanding, that none of them do it direct rebuttal to my statement that most do.
- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 2 weeks ago:
Tell me what brand of air fryers you’ve had and I guarantee they recommend a few minutes of pre-heating.
- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 2 weeks ago:
Well your statement was factually incorrect despite the level of confidence.
- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 2 weeks ago:
I’ve also owned a few different brands and it is true for most of them. They even say in the instructions to preheat for 1-5 minutes depending on the brand.
Thank you for your anecdotal evidence. It’s also not hard to just Google and see that you are wrong. Trying doing that next time before you look like a fucking dumbass.
- Comment on Tabletop Convection Oven* 2 weeks ago:
Most air fryers still need to preheat for a few minutes for best results.
Also some ovens now have an air fryer setting.

Todays “AI” is just machine learning code. It’s been around for decades and does a lot of good. It’s most often used for predictive analytics.
Even some language learning machines can do good, it’s the shitty people that use it for shitty purposes that ruin it.

- Comment on Microsoft is raising prices on Xbox consoles, controllers, and games worldwide 2 weeks ago:
I think it was actually publishers like EA, Ubisoft, Blizzard, and Activision that started the price increase. For big titles they started raising them to $70 a year or two ago, then to 80. I think I remember Diablo 4 launching for $80, or so.
I only know this because I refuse to buy from these publishers.
