That would help sooo much with my indecisiveness. But I also hate Burger King.
- Comment on OpenAI Introduces 'ChatGPT for Teachers' to Further Destroy the Minds of Our Youth 1 week ago:
I don’t know what kind of insane person keeps giving them money. It reminds me of the 2000 tech bubble on steroids, giving money to companies who don’t even have a solid path to profitability.
- Comment on OpenAI Introduces 'ChatGPT for Teachers' to Further Destroy the Minds of Our Youth 1 week ago:
I can’t wait for the bubble to pop and VC Money to dry up because the only thing keeping OpenAI from drowning in their hundreds of millions of dollars in losses are investors giving them money.

The game is a an amazing romHack, and well done. And if the flags bother you that much…well you’re an emotional child.

- Comment on 'Valve does not get anywhere near enough criticism': DayZ creator Dean Hall says the 'gambling mechanics' of Valve's monetization strategy 'have absolutely no place' in videogames 4 weeks ago:
I think people just want someone to blame. It’s as stupid as blaming a scummy car salesman because you bought a car you can’t afford. You let yourself be talked into it. You let somebody sell you something. They didn’t take the money from your pocket. Maybe I just don’t understand because I didn’t grow in the privilege to have money to waste on digital shit in digital crates. And if my parents did (they didn’t) they would’ve never ever given me access to their banking. Thats foolish.
It’s like people who expect things to be censored because they’re too lazy to monitor their children or learn router and dns level blocking. Or for gods sake, don’t give you child a smart phone.

After they start and get addicted. You’re not ill when you start . Unless you have something else going on not related. You have full power not to start. Just play the game, kill the other guy, have fun with your team. Thats all you need to do in any game. Thats all I’ve ever done in a game like CS. I don’t even notice all the other stuff. I play the game.

I don’t really care. Idiots are easily parted with their money. Thats their fault. I’ve played CS for decades and never paid for a chest or whatever. Never had an interest.

The sims 2.
- Comment on Tragic Titan submersible’s $62 SanDisk memory card found undamaged at wreckage site 5 weeks ago:
There was also a famous ocean explorer on board they were using as a prop for their company. He’d done great work exploring shipwrecks previously and not a billionaire
- Comment on Has InZoi been better than the Sims in your opinion? 1 month ago:
I’ll just keep playing sims 2, the greatest sims. And all the old mod sites are still up and I can hoard thousands of clothes mods. There was a free installer that came with all the dlc that got taken down, but I still have it and it works.

Good thing I don’t pay attention to reviews. Half of them are people whining about things that aren’t a problem for me.

- Comment on Trump says TikTok should be tweaked to become “100% MAGA” 1 month ago:
Short form video is the single best propaganda machine there is. You don’t get context, so it’s easy to manipulate events. Also, for some reason, people really fall for the “authority” of since rando talking into a camera like they know what the hell they’re talking about.
Every time somebody shows me a TikTok video as a reference or to make a point, the information is either fake or completely incorrect.
Not to mention, The algorithm feeds you more of these talking heads and makes you think it’s the general consensus

LOL that ain’t it. It’s shifts in society, and the gap in how men and women see the world is widening. Speaking as a man myself, it ain’t looking so good when I look at my fellow men’s behavior and values. Dude’s are sliding to the right and turning inward just because they strike out a few times. It happens, you’re going to have failed relationships. you’re going to get rejected. You’re going to even get divorced at times. It’s part of the process. You can’t turn against women because of it. It’s not a moral failing of society.

As an open source developer, I’d love to have had contributors to help package my apps. It was killing me maintaining everything by myself. It sounds like the control issues I had when I first had contributors, where I didn’t want others to touch my babies too much when people actually started writing code.
- Comment on Thinking Is Becoming a Luxury Good 3 months ago:
I mean I’d the Stage of Technology we’ve been in since like 2010 has been very detrimental for the individual and destructive to society. Social media, smartphones, surveillance states. AI is an even worse version of these. If social media ran by billionaires are not open, unbiased, non-manipulative emotional-reactaction-over-critical-thinking silos, what makes you think all these LLMs run by millionaires and billionaires won’t be? They’re just the next step in social media.
