  Is the price high? Yes

  But it’s in $200 CAD more than a PS5 and PS VR2. And for the price of not dealing with Sonys BS, or Meta# BS this is a reasonable price… during the RAM pocolypse. I am hopeful in the AI winter, the price will fall

    Yes.

    Valve had to reneg on their year-old promise of it being cheaper than the Index due to the cost of ram and storage blowing up

    A cheaper solution (usually) is to get a cat. They have their ways of making you get up so you can play with them, whether you like it or not.

      Trust me, if I could, I would get a cat, or 10, and become a crazy cat lady.
      But unfortunately I couldn’t really give it a good standard of living, n it would basically have to permanently be banned from my room because one zoomie could cause hundreds of euros of damage and it could hurt itself a little too easily.

    I’m debating. This is one thing I’ve been really excited about for a while but I’m not sure the 1TB is worth the extra $300. But I waaaaant it!!!

    Its so sad that AI is taking all of the fabrication time.

      Realistically, it probably isn’t worth it because you can expand the storage via SD Card either way (and it’s a lot cheaper, especially if you already have a good SD Card at home). But “I want it tho” is my reason for getting the bigger one too, so just follow your heart 🥹
