Although if the first batch of your cookies look like that you can chill your dough for 10mins and get the perfect consistency on the second batch ^^

It looks great from the top, but it’s super flat and will fall apart in your hand (plus no space for a nice chewy core)

man, microwaved hot dog on some nice rye or wheat bread with butter and ketchup was my jam as a kid! I had it all the time when I was home alone on weekends!
Only found decent vegan hot dogs a few weeks ago so I’ve been having that dish so many times recently, still can’t get enough of it haha

Both! I don’t have the self control to not drink caffeine before bed and stay up all night, but if I drink it during the day I get pretty bad chest pain because caffeine doesn’t play nice with my adhd meds :(

Let a girl shitpost! My manager insisted that I take the day off to enjoy the nice weather and I’m bored as hell 😠

Stupid part is that I can’t ride a tank around here with all the tank-hostile architecture 😠 They got these triangular tank obstacles scattered around everywhere, it’s so inconvenient!
- Comment on Worst part about living in Europe 1 week ago:
huh, that is good to know. Another reason to just get the store brand next time

They’re apparently also pretty good for slowing down cars in pedestrian-heavy areas, but yeah, taking a fall on those after a few drinks does hurt like shit haha

It’s Zero caffeine too! Which makes it the ‘zero zero’ variant, I think

All I know is that it’s beige and from 2011! Held up pretty well all things considered, the battery still lasts for 10km or so, which is plenty for getting to work and doing grocery trips :D Image

Just getting a doctor’s note costs something in the US? Whenever I need a note I call my GP and ask the receptionist to write me one. The doctor doesn’t even do anything except sign the paper that the receptionist prints out! Charging for that seems crazy

I recently switched from Motorola to a Pixel 9 and I’m very happy! Absolutely hated the 5 minutes that the Pixel was running stock Android tho (they remapped the Off button to an AI button and I couldn’t figure out how to power down the phone), but once that crap was gone and GrapheneOS was installed I stayed 100% content. I’m not even a particularly security focused person, but Graphene’s dedication to keeping bloatware and unnecessary dumb shit off the OS has been very appreciated

As I said, it’s been a universal experience in the 5 or so different gyms I’ve tried so far. I’m obviously not going into the bad smelling shower because the women’s showers actually are clean. So idk if that can be blamed on the gym
- Comment on hygiene 3 weeks ago:
Okay semi unrelated question, but do mens gym showers usually smell like poop?
Because I recently got a fancy gym membership through my employer that allows me to go to basically any gym in the area, and so far the shower in the mixed gender sauna areas has always smelled like poop, while the showers in the woman’s sauna and changing room haven’t.
Might just be a weird coincidence, but it’s been like 5 different gyms of different chains and I’ve been really bothered by it - Comment on [deleted] 3 weeks ago:

That’s interesting, I’ll check it out! I’m actually not sure which category I fall into, most of my donations go to animal related causes, second place are to groups I feel affiliated with, so mostly artists and gay-ish people.
- Comment on What are your approaches to donating? 2 months ago:
That makes sense! I usually stay away from anything that automatically renews on a monthly basis since I’m very paranoid about forgetting to cancel, but I guess that might actually be a good thing for donations haha
