    I guess twenty years old counts as “new”. At least twice before, in the Philippines and in France, test plants using this fracking tech have been shut down due to causing minor earthquakes. I don’t think minor earthquakes were a good reason to shut them down, but then, I grew up in California.

      Repetitive minor quakes caused a lot of damage …

        Yeah, “small” quakes are a very big deal in areas where the construction isn’t designed to handle them.
