    Roast them like potatoes too. Roasted radishes are fantastic and not bitter or peppery at all.

    Do they get super soft or are they still firm? When I tried putting daikon in curry it kind of turned into neutral mush, which was fine but not what I was expecting.

      They are kind of crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside. Also depends on how thinly you slice them, I suppose.
