Why is it that some people, simply refuse to see any logic surrounding this issue? Given that we know there are peoples who’s lives were destroyed going down this Rabbit hole, is it possible there is some validity to right wing talking points surrounding Trans issues as a whole
(Not factoring in outright bigotry or people who legitimately hate Trans identified individuals)?
You’d have to specify which talking points you’re looking to verify/falsify. A nonzero amount of people surgically transitioning and then regretting it doesn’t do much good for the verifiably made-up points or eliminationist points that “right wing talking points surrounding Trans issues as a whole” often contain.
Anyway, here’s Some More News talking about detransitioners. His content tends to be a bit on the ranty side but I hope you’ll consider giving it a watch.
No? People should have the right to do what they want with their body. No trans person is trying to prevent anyone from detransitioning.
Do you believe that we should maybe…slow down these types of measures if the outcome leads to catastrophe for some individuals?
I mean the states tried to ban alcohol because it led to catastrophe for some, and you can see how that turned out.

No. Not at all. If all trans people who transitioned eventually chose to de-transition, it might, but that’s far from the case. This is itself actually a really common right-wing talking point and you aren’t doing yourself or anyone else any favors by bringing it up.
But these people exist right? Do we just invalidate their “Lived Experience”?
Who is doing that?
Trans “treatments” (hormonal, surgery, etc) are one of the best remedies for a psychological issue. In medical views, the amount of people de-transitioning actually prove that the solution to gender disphoria and such (I easily get confused with the exact terms, apologies if I’m making a mistake with wording) is to let people transition.
In comparison, treatments for other problems (like depression, personality disorders, etc) are much much less successful.
The idea that transitioning should have a 100% satisfaction is absurd and coming from far-right propaganda.

Right wingers are never ever correct. Even in the rare cases where an individual right winger says a correct thing, it inevitably is justified with ass-backwards right wing logic.
As I have said before: the general public needs to adopt a policy of zero capitulation to reactionary frameworks.
