  Yeah I’m sure I’m not the norm but I’m actually shocked when I see companies advertising their/their talent’s twitter accounts on tv broadcasts. I truly can’t believe that site is still mainstream after everything that’s happened.

  Idk then I look over and see trump as a presidential candidate and ugh… I guess I’m just still not comfortable/accepting of how far off the rails things have gone 🙁

  I unlock my 1Password vault(s) with fingerprint, so it’s much more useful than just logging into the laptop. which at work I log into many more times a day than once or twice.

  It needs to be about half the price, if not less tbh. At its current price it’s rivaling netlflix, paramount, etc which are full studio’s producing the content, not just hosting it.

  Agreed, I much prefer Mastodon over firefish. Firefish handles hashtags really strangely and (at least at the time I tried) wouldn’t allow you to even have followed hashtags show up in your timeline.

  Both android and iPhones get alerted to AirTags that follow them and I’ve seen it work extremely well.

  What am I not understanding that makes AirTags the “weapon of choice” for stalkers?

  Yeah I’ve had it sporadically happen to me but last night was the most effective. Fully updated Firefox and ublock on windows and I could only watch 3 videos before getting locked out.

  Previous to last night, I hadn’t seen the pop up for at least a week.

  Mostly new sensors rather than larger battery I think. For instance, newer Apple Watches can monitor temp and oxygen (at least in some capacity).

  Yeah I’ve not had problems on any of my families 15 or 15 Pros, however my iPad Air 5 got hot af last night installing iOS 17 and I ended up putting it in a stand and pointing a fan at it lol

  It’s cluttered, especially the comments. Instead of using the existing ‘up arrow/comment count’ (to the right of usernames) as a vote button (like almost every other app has done), they added 3 net-new buttons to the lower right of every single comment.

  Memmy was on track for a while but imo their user interface is awful in comparison to Apollo. I’d highly recommend checking out Voyager if you liked Apollo’s interface, its almost a 1:1 copy

  I’ve been loving Voyager myself but I’d also recommend giving Avelon and Lemmios a shot too.
