Nintendo can’t stop suing. It’s simply time to stop giving them money, cuz they’re pissing it away on lawsuits against websites that are making available games Nintendo refuses to sell us.

I gladly never bought a switch.
It seems like when consoles started to charge for online was a good time to stop buying them.
The useful idiot crowd is too proud to waste their money on bullshit they don’t need to just to line the pockets of executives and investors.

Valve origin story?

Valve isn’t perfect but they’ve been more often than not the good guy. Just recently, the TF2 community wanted more freedom to make full-fledged mods of their own, so Valve released the source code and allowed free standalone mods to be listed on the Steam store.

Fuck Nintendo, got to keep modding and pirating their games cause they are way too greedy sometimes

They took out 1fichier, but there’s still rapidgator, mediafire, megaupload, etc

What court case doesn’t big company with unlimited fund win?
Stovetop@lemmy.world 1 year ago
I am actually surprised it got as far as a winning versict for Nintendo. Usually it ends with a settlement for the other side to just shut down because they can’t afford a prolonged legal battle.

Well that wasn’t in US or Japan but in French court so might not be as easy to pull that bs there. Still I was surprised a bit about the result but I guess it’s in line with how France is handling online services now.
