Approximate time.
At some point the time on my cellphone was a little off from the TV which was a little different from my car which was a little slower than my school which was a little different classroom to classroom and approximate time was good enough. Now if I’m 30 seconds late for a meeting, it gets commented on.

It was a drink in the 90’s that had gelatinous balls in it.
It wasn’t fantastic, but it was a novelty of the times.

I don’t think so… the internet is a series of tubes that are used to hose everyone down with fnords.
Braided string cheese. It wasn’t always these individual sticks. For many years it was fresh twisted mozzarella with little black seeds, and you had to rip it into lengths. Now when I look for or ask about that people act like I’m an alien with two heads. I swear this used to exist!
Wtf dis real? Why were there seeds in the cheese?

This is the best explanation I could find. Growing up in Connecticut I used to see it in regular grocery stores shrink wrapped near the other forms of fresh mozzarella, but maybe I can hunt it down in a specialty store now.
