I never installed Crowdstrike so all I got was a lousy uninterrupted weekend.

Real talk, can this be a class action?
About the worthless UberEats voucher? Nah.
About the worthless kernel-level code and non-existent QA? Now we’re talking. Where do I sign up?
Does the EULA say something about warranty or liability?
I’m curious if it can be challenged during a trial.
I think for legal reasons these corporations have to offer something so they can point to that when they are sued. If they simply stand pat, and offer nothing, it goes to show absolute contempt, this only shows almost absolute contempt, which in the end will be worth billions in damages.
God bless CrowdStrike for their thoughtfulness!
