DRM-free storefront GOG hopes to revive physical PC games, offering a service where players can order boxed copies directly from their digital library.
Please do not make it disc only. Don’t get me wrong, I like discs a lot but not every PC has a DVD reader anymore. Something like a USB drive or an SD card would be much better.
I'd say that's a good idea for them to offer it, but also USB sticks can't hold the data over as long a time as other media. SD cards are a nice compromise but a little more expensive, you probably knew all of this, so don't mind me.
I agree! Just clone Nintendo’s clamshell boxes with a game on a personalized sd card and more space for manuals, posters and stuff. I think a good approach is to move forward.
I’m down tbh
The bad news is all the games will be on 5.25" floppy disks. /s
That’s a whole lot of disks

I’d be interested in buying a couple. I have been thinking about getting an external optical drive for ripping music CDs anyway.
