I already though KDE was jank. It just never felt right. About 2 years ago, I tried it again and it was surprised good.
- Comment on Should I be using Debian? 1 week ago:
Like everyone else said, didn’t fix it, if not broken. Admins like distros like Debian and Arch(sorry) because you have more initial control of what’s on them. Why have a GUI, if you didn’t need it? Mix that with a little OCD and next thing you’re doing is recompiling the kernel. Fun stuff 😀

No preorder for me. I almost do the opposite. I buy games after they get cheap in 1 to 5 years, lol

I got CoD on the Wii. I’m not seeing any big changes in the latest version. Going to wait for next year’s release. Hope it’s good.

- Comment on While we eagerly await the second coming of Steam Machines, it's worth remembering what a gloriously awful mess Valve got itself in over a decade ago 2 months ago:
On the Windows platform, Valve has to do what Microsoft decides. If Microsoft decides all apps are required to go through the Microsoft store app then Valve would be toast.
- Comment on Our first look at the Steam Machine, Valve’s ambitious new game console 2 months ago:
Lol, my dumb computer is running DDR3 / no TPM, it’s super old. I have been waiting for video cards to get better/cheaper. I’m totally down with not the fastest. If it plays 90% of my games, costs less than $600. I just read that it’s six times more powerful than the Steam Deck. The Steam Deck can run Cyberpunk 2077, so this will do just fine. Another thing that I really like is that Valve is verifying games for their hardware. The games it can’t run, I guess I won’t play. I’m sold!
- Comment on Our first look at the Steam Machine, Valve’s ambitious new game console 2 months ago:
I was hesitant about upgrading my ancient computer because I didn’t want to spend $1,200 - $2000 on a new setup. This looks like a great option.

Totally! I got PS for Christmas and I was not really into it. I liked arcade action games. It must have sat around for like 6 months and then I gave it a Saturday morning try and I was hooked. It’s a great game.

The Genesis is such a great console. I love how it really tried to bring the arcade home. Street Fighter 2, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Strider, Air Buster, Out Run and come to mind.
