Studies show no significant differences in cognitive function, cardiovascular risk, or bone health when vegan diets meet recommended dietary allowance levels. Look for Indian, look for Thai, look for Greek/Türkiysh(sp?)/mediterranean and i think falafel is vegan maybe? just tell them to hold the yogurt even though it is delicious it has garlic and dill and cucumber in it (it is called tzatziki)

It was some random place in ny, I believe it’s nutritional yeast with some breading, it has a really nice texture if you use it right.
