Maybe writing a masterpiece doesn’t excuse the harm one continues to perpetrate. Also my outrage is not secondhand. I am part of the community she has been campaigning against.

Yes, actually. Hiding in an online forum and spouting criticism is cheap and cowardly. Writing great books uder your own name takes talent, time, energy and courage.
