Gee, who ever thought there would be racist content from a site owned by Apartheid Boy? And of course, he probably denies it exists in spite of clear evidence to the contrary. He literally defamed the Anti-Defamation League when they called him out on him jerking it to his Nazi fantasies. Then I think he cried to his mommy, who looks like the Bride of Frankenstein.
- Comment on Is Lemmy growing or shrinking? 7 months ago:
I keep thinking of ditching Kbin for Lemmy, because Kbin is down more often than I'd like, and I presume Lemmy is healthier. However, I've gotten quite used to this place, and am not eager to start anew elsewhere.

- Comment on Ringleader of global monkey torture network, 'The Torture King', is charged 7 months ago:
Well, no. I'm more a Dork Web (federated) kind of guy than a Dark Web (holy shit this will get me put in jail) kind of guy.
I'm genuinely puzzled that this is a thing. Some people really enjoy sadism, but this is a very specific flavor, one that would be kind of difficult and expensive to maintain. Hey, let's go get a monkey to torture. Who says that? Who wants that?
- Comment on Ringleader of global monkey torture network, 'The Torture King', is charged 7 months ago:
Global monkey torture network! Try saying that five times fast!
Also, I'm a little surprised that monkey torture is popular enough to have its own network of fans. Where are they gonna hold Global Monkey Torturecon?
- Comment on Ringleader of global monkey torture network, 'The Torture King', is charged 7 months ago:
Who ever thought a Confederate would be capable of such cruelty? No, sorry, couldn't keep a straight face through that one.

Amazon's no longer any good at shipping, and Google's no longer any good at searching. What a terrible year to be a tech nerd.

Trump's dead, though, right? Yeah, I can live with that.

You know who throws away computers? WASTEFUL people. There's always a use for older, "obsolete" technology. Today's tablet could become tomorrow's clock or picture frame. Today's computer could become tomorrow's server or game system or video player. You just have to have a little creativity and some knowledge of tech.
- Comment on Do people who are in late stage dementia still aware of the concept of death? 10 months ago:
Depending on the damage done to the brain, it could be a full-on recognition of impending death or just a primal, lizard brain fear that something is wrong and getting worse. I think Robin Williams was in the first category, and he was so fearful of the future that he took his own life and prevented himself from reaching stage two.

- Comment on How Reddit Crushed the Internet's Largest Protest 11 months ago:
Unfortunately, the vast storehouse of information on Reddit makes it impossible to remove it from your life completely. Of course, a lot of that was built up before the douchebag decided to kill third party apps and tell Reddit users that they didn't really matter that much to him. You mean the people whose comments built your site brick by brick? Okay, sure. Why would they be important?
If I'm that unimportant to you, I can be unimportant elsewhere.

Hey, I'm over here in Methadone Reddit, getting by. It's not as fun as Reddit used to be, but after the bug-eyed lemur boy decided to be a leading tech giant(tm) and fuck over his users in the process, I decided it was time to amscray. Sorry, King Julien. It was fun for a while, before your embarrassing power trip, but now you're just going to have to kiss my mad-ass-gasgar.

And if Biden wins, Trump will recognize the inevitability of his imprisonment and kill himself. Then he'll be dead from day one to the rest of eternity, which is a better deal from where I'm standing.

It's especially great when they do something that's completely off the walls crazy. Michael Dorn played a screaming dwarf in the Billy and Mandy episode "Here There Be Dwarves," who went mad after centuries of mushroom farming and exacted his revenge by invading the Keebler elves' hollow tree. Then R. Lee Ermey pops up to censor the carnage and the dwarves and elves compromise by making mushroom cookies, and Billy does karaoke. That show was so delightfully warped and random sometimes.
