Not really sure what you mean basic but if tracking someone’s clicks on certain button, or features and can be traced back to you. It’s actually kind of off putting so much for making your information anonymise which most companies claim. Or why even track those in the first place.

That is how it usually starts. It start innocent but the moment you see potential money you either become like OpenAI or Google. It does not help that their protocol is basically is how search engine works. They control the flow of information and funded by venture capital.

I turn off my computer everyday maybe I’m one of those crazy ones. I think they did that so people would be discouraged to turn it off they want the users to use their new AI feature. My other thinking is marketing if people talk about your product that’s probably a good thing.
