My partner was fake edited in one of the DHS videos in Portland! He was wearing a moth man costume and dancing to EDM at the ICE center and they put fake smoke and filters over it to make him look scary lol… Absolutely ridiculous. Image

Respectfully, the CCP has been less of a direct threat than the US government as of late and most dont trust the government so why would they trust the propaganda? This isnt to say the CCP isnt a problem but are they as much of a direct threat to American citizens then ICE and such?.. Atm, no.

Same! I had a 12 year old account that never had so much as a strike and then I started to to viral and made it into the top 1% club on there or whatever and then they banned me for no reason at all. Then, my partner let me use his old account because he wasnt using it and it was also around 12 years old. Same happened! I went viral speaking truth, they got scared BAM banned… no appeal allowed. Permanent ban on both! Nothing I shared was against the rules. It was just anti violence and anti fascist.

Not a perfect system but look into Land Trusts in your areas. Its a way for people to get affordable homes. In Portland we have one called Proud Ground. Basically the trust owns the land and you buy the home. When you eventually sell the home you sell back into the program and get 25% of the market value as well as any repairs you made. You can also choose to keep it and pass it down in the family / give it to family if you want to upgrade someday.
This is what my family did. Its not going to fix the housing crisis but I wish more programs like this existed…oh… and put a cap on how many homes a corporation or entity can buy! No homes should be sitting open in a housing crisis!

Its worse knowing these people live near me and would cheer if my neighbors got taken. Its absolutely disgusting to me. Hits a real moral thing for me.

I know… I am sorry. I just feel to helpless to really be able to so much and its awful. I contact representatives. I am in a union and actively participate. I protest when I can. I try to educate people but its just so disheartening sometimes and its lonely.

I get that but its more so be being sick of the rich oligarchs owning the primary ways citizens communicate and then making a fake reality and then using that to influence culture, voting, communities ect… Its a huge problem in general. How many Americans use social media and what % of those are on mainstream platforms? Its awful. I am looking at the much greater social impact as well.

Dude, people have been posting on there about it all constantly in my area. Thats why I made that post. Its even more gross when its neighbors saying they are okay with other neighbours being killed. Two people were shot by ICE in Portland and died not long ago. Its impacting everyone. Especially the community.

Life-long Oregonian here, Cascadia needs to happen! Majority want it and we are sick of being held back by people we share 0 common interest, morality, culture ect… with. The United States is too huge and its ridiculous. Even the accents are slowly changing language over time. Plus, how the hell am I supposed to feel a sense of connection to some dude in Wyoming!? No offense to Wyoming but my state couldn’t be further from that life… Going to Amsterdam felt like what Portland Oregon would be if it wasnt held back by crappy surrounding red policy and federal toxicity.
