3-2-1 is fine. Your idea is robust, and far more than most would do for home systems. My home, for instance, is the gauntlet. If you go down you are either being respun from scratch or shelved. Photos go from phones to a single cold storage device and thats it. The rest is just living in the ecosystem by the seat of its pants.

I know, its so hard not to rub the weiners together before I sit down at the table 2 feet from my kitchen. The insatiable need to rub two sloppy condimented weiners against each other in such a way that the condiments on top are completely removed is just overwhelming. I can barely sit at the table before I give in to rubbing to sloppy condimented weiners together in such a way that all the condiments on the top come off.

Idk I played it as a child and it felt like Japanese pupper Legend of Zelda. So I would keep in mind this game was not made for adults but children. I didnt find too much challenge, not even in the Orochi fight. But I enjoyed the story enough where it was worth it to play it until completion.

It just widens your attack surface for the ghost army of bots that roam the net knocking on ports, you don’t want to be someone else’s sap. I would imagine most home attacks fall into three categories: script kiddies just war driving, targeted attacks on someone specific, or just plain ol’ looking for sensitive docs for identity theft or something. Its still the net, man. If you leave your ass hanging out someone’s gonna bite it in a new way every time.
