What do you mean by “export my comments/posts”? You can’t migrate your posts from one account to the other if that’s the question.

The communities on lemm.ee will vanish. You will be able to see its history because federated posts are kept locally on each instance, but you will not be able to create new posts for example.
You should migrate it to somewhere else and inform the users(make a fixed post on your ocmmunity)

Honestly it’s very hard to compete with 365 today, specially now in cloud days. They offer so much with so much integration and if you want to replace it then you have to use a bunch of different software that don’t “talk to themselves”
