The problem with doing the safeword like that is that it counterintuitively REDUCES entropy (you just use ! for the special character, first character’s uppercase, number at the end), and is so hard to remember it just goes on a Post-It. Get a couple dice and the EFF Large Wordlist. New Requirement: Safeword Must Have >80b Entropy.

Use KeePassXC on the computer, and KeePassDX on Android. Yeah, you need to manually sync the database (.kdbx) file, but it’s 1000x safer than any paid crap. Why? Their only motive is profit. FOSS nerds? Making a strong, good program.
